Starting Tuesday, November 15th, I will begin posting my actual prior day schedule of my actual diet & fitness for the entire day, each day, for one week. In each post I will outline what food & drink I ate, exercise routines, and the times done. I will include pictures of each meal.
Hopefully, I can paint the picture of what your day could include, as your lifestyle evolves over time.
The week of posts will be a blueprint of my routines that drive the results I have achieved, that you can draw from. Take away some or all of my habits, there's no law written to how you do it.
