We eat fish 2 or 3 times a week. Tonight, we enjoyed Branzino European Bass. We picked up 24 fillets for $77 that came out to $3.21 per fillet. Each fillet is 6.7 ounces. That would qualify as a bargain to me!
Mary cooked this up in the frying pan to get a crunch to it. It included a teaspoon of butter, a sprinkle of garlic powder, paprika, old bay, and 5 or 6 capers.
The side was asparagus with garlic powder, butter, and Locatelli Romano cheese
The drink accompanying the meal was an Italian white wine
The meal was enjoyed to the sounds of the Blues Traveler channel on Sirius Radio, softly playing in the back ground.
