2 10" Cauliflower Plant Base Pizza Crust
2 cups of chopped mushrooms
2 cups chopped spinach
8 cloves of garlic
Sautee and drain excess liquid to avoid a soggy crust
Spread 3 tbsp of tomato puree on each crust, then add half the vegetable mixture, cook as instructed on the pie crust package.
